Our mission is to make bedtime magical and stress-free for both kids and parents. Every product — from star projectors to soothing night lights — is designed to bring comfort, imagination, and peace of mind. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We stand behind every KideoKids product with our 30-Day Sleep Easy Guarantee.
Try any KideoKids item risk-free for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, just reach out — we’ll share usage tips, arrange an exchange, or offer a refund when eligible.

To process Guarantee requests, we may ask for a short photo or video showing how the product was used.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returns (unopened items) — Free Returns

For hygiene and safety, we only accept returns of unopened, unused items.

Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Product must be sealed in its original packaging.

Process (Free Returns)

  1. Email info@kideokids.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened product.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (return shipping is free on eligible returns).

  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll refund the order subtotal (excluding original shipping).

Refunds usually take 4–8 business days depending on your bank or card provider.


Hygiene & Safety Policy

Because our products are designed for kids’ comfort and safety, opened or used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked.
This ensures every KideoKids customer receives products that are fresh, clean, and safe.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a product defect:

  • Contact info@kideokids.com within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage, or within 30 days for product defects.

  • Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or provide the best solution possible. (Return shipping, if required, is covered by us.)


Exchanges

Ordered the wrong color or variant? If the item is unopened, we can arrange an exchange.

  • We provide a prepaid return label for eligible exchanges.

  • Contact info@kideokids.com within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.


 Non-Refundable Items & Fees

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

  • Original shipping fees

  • Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such)


Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, email info@kideokids.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.
