Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates start from the ship date (not the order date). Remote/rural areas and customs checks may take longer.

Delays & Exceptions
Delays can occur due to high seasonal volume, carrier issues, severe weather, or customs inspections.
If your package is significantly delayed, email info@kideokids.com and we’ll help.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees set by your local authority. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Check safe-drop areas and your local post office
